Hello, I like very much your site and I want to say just an idea, rapidshare is good to upload the cds, but do you know Mediafire? it’s the best hoster now-a-days, there’s no time to wait, no limited downloads, it’s stable and the file goes on forever…

@Leonardo
Welcome! Thank you very much for visiting QuietMusic! Not sure if you read my previous response to a similar statement about Rapidshare, but there is a very good reason why I have chosen to use it. That reason is simply that Rapidshare is by far the most widely used of all that file hosting services out there. I know that right now, MediaFire has very few restrictions, but the truth of the matter is that more than likely, that will change. I know it can be somewhat frustrating to download but there are some nice alternatives to just downloading them by hand. Here is a program that should help you. It’s called JDownloader – http://jdownloader.org/. Hope that helps ease some of the difficulties you have encountered. =-)

If you like Hearts of Space, I found a site (in Czechoslovakia, I think) that has links to Rapidshare files of all HOS programs, 2008 to date. They usually post the Sunday program on Tuesday, so it’s easy to keep up to date. There’s some beautiful music there– my current favorite programs are Wintry Bronze, Lost Canyons, and Tones and Overtones. Here’s the link to copy & paste:
